SPECIAL CONFIGURATION

For example:

  • Models between 1000 and 2000 cc are already equipped by standard with a coaxial gap to heat the extraction chamber to a maximum temperature of 50°C; also with the aid of an external heater, even larger-size models, on request, can be equipped with this system
  • All machinery can be ATEX certified and configured for use with organic solvents, alcohol and derivatives (these options need to requested separately as a specific design needs to be studied)
  • By standard the machines are supplied with two bags with 50 μm filtration rate, on specific request it is possible to provide bags with a different filtration rate (up to 20 μm)
  • The extractor is equipped with a manually-controlled pneumatic-mechanical wringing system, installed directly on the extraction chamber; this system makes it possible to mechanically wring the bag at the end of the work process and therefore recover part of the liquid absorbed by the vegetable medium. Larger appliances can be fitted with a wringing/pressing system with a maximum pressure of 200 bar; in combination with the pressing system there is a stainless steel basket that contains the filter bag, this system makes it possible to have a pressed and filtered product.
  • In the standard configuration, discharging is aided by compressed air. As an optional (to be specifically requested in the order) it is possible to use low pressure nitrogen (feed system provided by the customer) to guarantee greater product quality.
