From design to shipment, a completely Italian know-how

Italian origins and competences represent the essence of who we are and what we do.
Our production headquarters in Limena (Padova) is a symbol of this, as an incubator for ideas and a development engine: here we work in synergy between departments in order to design and produce filters and unique devices, dedicated to water filtration and treatment.

Research and Development

We search for starting points that translate into ideas and solutions that our team experiments daily until we are able to achieve absolute certainty.

Thanks to an internal specialised lab and prestigious collaborations with Italian and European institutions from the scientific research world, we are pioneers in the implementation of filtration applications, process solutions and products.

Materials

Here at Atlas Filtri we are always a step ahead, starting from materials.

Every day our commitment is that our filters, known market-wide for their safety, stand apart even more because they are made with materials that are both innovative and sustainable, one of them, for example, is PET. This process leads us to continually testing new raw materials and studying new processes in order to bring out and improve filter characteristics.

Programming

Our company objective is to maintain production at maximum levels, both for the technology and productivity.

For this reason upstream from production we have a department dedicated to organisation and monitoring of each order we receive, making time planning possible as well as better utilisation of every resource available in production, so that the product preparation cycle is continuity even when passing between shifts.

Production and technology

For many years now our growth process has started from production.

For this reason we invest important financial resources and technological competences in order to equip Atlas Filtri with forefront moulds and machinery. The constant research for total quality in the production of our filters and cartridges has lead the company towards full automation. We are equipped with our instruments necessary to empower production and implement a quick realisation.

Assembly

We desire to plan our products up to the smallest detail.

This idea has lead us over time to an ever increasing research for care and perfection in assembling parts and packaging products, using dedicated packaging material and automatic labelling systems.

The warehouse

The warehouse expresses all of our efforts and our team’s tenacity, the last piece closing out our strategic production process.

Here it is possible to find a water filter that is finished, packaged and ready to be shipped, always within the agreed upon timeframe.

Internal departments

Atlas Filtri is a team: all departments cooperate in order to provide our partners and our customers with the professionalism, quality and promptness required by the market.

Over the years we have been able to grow, in order to guarantee technical, managerial, administrative and marketing answers about products that are both quick and concrete.
