CB AF water treatment cartridges effectively reduce chlorine, tastes and odours, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals and protozoan cysts, while filtering fine sediments.

The cartridges are made from a charcoal block consisting of a proprietary mix of activated carbon and catalytic activated carbon derived from coconut shells: the innovative charcoal activation process amplifies its adsorptive and catalytic capacities, improving cartridge performance.

CB AF is available in different models, capable of tackling different problems. CB AF CTO reduces chlorine, odours and unpleasant tastes. CB AF CYST is particularly suitable for the removal of protozoan cysts, such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium. CB AF Pb is effective in reducing lead and other heavy metals; CB AF VOC is ideal for eliminating volatile organic compounds.

The cartridges can be visually distinguished by the characteristic colour of the plates, which indicates their specific filtration function. They are available in standard and big, with different nominal filtration ratings and in various heights, including 5", 7", 10" and 20".
