Atlas Filtri obtains Gender Equality certification from DNV.

Atlas Filtri has obtained the certification for Gender Equality according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022, issued by DNV, one of the leading global certification and assurance bodies: a result that recognizes a concrete and structured path to promote a fair, inclusive work environment and truly oriented to valorisation of people.
The process that led to certification is part of a broader sustainability and social responsibility strategy, aimed at integrating the principles of equity, respect, and inclusion into all organizational processes. Gender equality is a cornerstone of Atlas Filtri's corporate culture and a conscious choice that strengthens the solidity of the organization and its ability to grow over time. Through dedicated policies, monitoring tools and initiatives for professional growth, Atlas Filtri has consolidated a model based on listening and valorising skills with the aim of creating an environment in which each person can contribute fully and responsibly to corporate life.
“Gender equality is a principle that guides our organizational choices, not just a formal goal.”, declares Sara Gervaso, HR Manager at Atlas Filtri. “An inclusive environment offers each person the real opportunity to express their potential and contribute authentically to the growth of the company. For us, this means building a culture based on trust, dialogue and shared responsibility every day”.
Attention to equality is part of a responsible governance system that links environmental, social and quality aspects, promoting organizational well-being and preventing all forms of discrimination. In a constantly evolving industrial context such as that of Atlas Filtri, investing in people represents a strategic lever to ensure continuity, innovation and competitiveness.
“Sustainability also depends on the quality of relationships, on the coherence between declared values and daily behaviours”, comments Paolo Crocco, HQSE Manager of Atlas Filtri. “Incorporating inclusion and equality into our management systems means making these principles a substantial part of our M.O., with a structured and measurable approach”.
With the Gender Equality certification, Atlas Filtri strengthens its path towards a development model that puts people at the centre and recognizes diversity as a driver of responsible growth, confirming its desire to build a work environment capable of generating long-term value for its people and the local community.
"Adherence to a standard like UNI/PdR 125:2022 demonstrates an organization's desire to go beyond declarations of intent, anchoring gender equality in verifiable processes and objectives. The certification obtained by Atlas Filtri demonstrates the solidity of the system implemented to promote a culture of inclusion at all levels. This systematic approach not only adds credibility to the company's commitment, but helps promote a sustainable cultural change, an increasingly distinctive factor for competitiveness and attractiveness on the market," concludes Mauro Sanguinetti, Area Manager North Italy for DNV.
